POINT 01

Unique Advantages of Pulling

Traditional slings mainly allow horizontal movement,
but Pulling uses a pulley system to enable
vertical and circular rotational exercises as well.

POINT 02

Horizontal / Vertical / Circular Movements = Pulley Motion!

Pulling, a concept that combines the pulley system with the sling,
enhances traditional sling exercises—which focus mainly on horizontal movement
by enabling vertical motion through a pulley mechanism.

This allows for multi-directional pulling, engaging the entire body and
providing a more dynamic and effective rehabilitation and workout experience.

In addition to muscles used in horizontal movements,
Pulling also activates deep muscles involved in vertical pulling and shoulder rotation.
This makes it effective for preventing and improving frozen shoulder,
as well as enhancing overall shoulder function.

The Uncomfortable Truth About Slings

Because the horizontal movement of slings limits joint range of motion,
they may be less effective for shoulder joint exercises
especially when not used as part of targeted therapies like manual or rehabilitation treatment.
