Another wonderful day moving together
our seniors are the best!
Even after the program ended,
our energetic seniors still had plenty of spirit left,
so we spent the day joyfully stretching
and exercising with the Walkmate.

At first, our seniors would say,
“Exercise is bothersome~” or “I can’t do it~~”,
but once they step onto the Walkmate,
their expressions completely change.

As they walk, lift their legs, and slowly move the handles,
smiles spread across their faces,
their breathing quickens, and conversations come alive.
It’s the moment when their bodies awaken
and their hearts move together.

An impromptu “soccer match” broke out among the gentlemen,
using a gym ball!
When the ball came their way
pass~ catch~ kick~ and pass again!

Even without saying a word,
their bodies reacted instinctively.
It was such an energetic and lively time,
filled with excitement for exercise.

But you know what... once the exercise ends,
everyone suddenly switches to “Time to go back~” mode!
Where did all that passion and energy
from just a moment ago disappear to?

Still, as they sit and catch their breath,
you can see the pride and sense of accomplishment on their faces.
It was truly a “good exercise time”
one that both their bodies and hearts will remember.
